Hi friends! Before we dive too far into this journey together, I wanted to tell you just a few things about myself. I do plan to tell my whole story in a later post, but wanted to give y’all some of the basics for now.

My name is Sabrina, but most people in my life either call me bean (or some variation of that) or sass, so feel free to call me whatever. I am currently 24. I am a mechanical engineer by day and a very amateur writer and guitar player by night lol. I am what today’s youths refer to as “y’allternitave.” I have (natural) jet black hair with the occasional colored money piece, my wardrobe consists of mostly black and grey, I read a lot, I am covered in piercings and tattoos, and my converse and hey dudes are my favorite shoes. I do also live on a farm, own a lot of camo and various types of boots, hunt and fish, shoot my bow for fun, frequent shooting competitions in the fall, and have a pretty decent southern accent.

I am a wife to the most incredible man I have ever known, Hunter. I am the mom of the cutest mutt ever, Hazel Grey. I am an aunt to the 4 most beautiful little girls and the most handsome nephew ever. I am a sister to a brother who went to be with Jesus way too soon. I am also a sister to a girl who is actually my cousin, but I refer to as my sister (this will make more sense later on lol).

I have been desperately looking for something to honor my brother and to glorify Jesus and when this idea stumbled into my brain, I thought it was crazy and pushed it to the side. After a lot of thought and prayer, I figured well, I might as well. I constantly think what if it fails, what if this doesn’t reach enough people. Then I thought, but what if it succeeds. If it just reaches one person and it helps, that’s more than enough.

I hope you stick around with me on this journey. I do not know how often I will post, I plan to at least once a week, but life do be crazy around here, so we shall see. I plan to make a Facebook and possibly instagram so that you can better keep up with postings.
